"What I didn't like about the kitchen before was it was very small, very old — 1974, original everything, and it was tiny. We decided to tear down the wall and expand the whole kitchen, make it more open, a lot lighter. Everything we picked and everything Mike did, plus the input from his designer — it all fit together and worked extremely well. He seemed genuine and honest. It wasn't high-pressure sales. At the very end he said, 'As you live in it, if you see stuff we missed...' — and we did, and he came right out. I think it comes back to integrity. We'd definitely hire him next time."
