Terry's bathroom was original to a 55+ condo built in 1985. The layout was narrow, dated, and not built for the long term. With accessibility in mind, Terry and her husband knew the space needed to be wider — not just for comfort today, but for whatever life might require down the road.

The toilet had no separation, the shower was undersized, and the floor plan simply wasn't working.

THE SOLUTION

San Diego Remodeling Pros moved walls to expand the footprint, relocated the toilet into its own private area, and expanded the shower — transforming a cramped 1985 bathroom into a spacious, accessible, and beautifully finished space.
