THE PROBLEM

Dita’s kitchen wasn't really a kitchen — it was a dining room, a den, and a cooking space all crammed into one poorly designed footprint. Two people couldn't work in it at the same time. Counter space was almost nonexistent. The layout had dead zones that weren't being used at all.

It was the weak link in the whole house, and the family knew it.

THE SOLUTION

San Diego Remodeling Pros redesigned the kitchen layout, added a peninsula, and resized a window to recapture space that had never been functional. No square footage was lost — instead, dead space was converted into a kitchen that actually works.

Work started March 4th. Dina had a fully functional kitchen by April 18th — including a one-week delay caused by a window supplier. Start to finish: under 30 days.
